Delivery & Returns

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 2-8 business days. 

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE MONDAY To SATURDAY FROM 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM. Holidays are not included. When the goods are delivered, they must be signed for. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please recommend someone else, such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor. However, BodyHerbals disclaims all liability for items signed by a third party.

Shipping Costs:

We ship across India, and all orders above Rs. 999/-  are eligible for free domestic shipping. 

Refunds and Returns:

• At BodyHerbals, we endeavor to provide you with the best possible purchasing experience. We cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered due to the fact that opened or damaged products cannot be reused.

• If the product is damaged or has a quality concern, we can only exchange it if it is notified within the timeframes listed below:

• If you get a tampered or damaged product, please notify our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt, along with accompanying images and video, so that we may address your complaint as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the order if you have any product quality concerns.

• Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Body Herbals if the products are returned in a saleable state and in their original packing, in an undamaged condition, and pursuant to the following restrictions. Once the goods have been sold, there will be no refunds.
